Mesothelial cyst, rare and hard to diagnose: A case report

The mesothelial cysts of the round ligament uterus are rare. They misdiagnosed as ovarian/ para ovarian cysts, inguinal hernias, abscess. We report a case 48-years-old female with gradual painless distension abdomen. Up on explorative laparotomy cyst was seen arising from right ligament.
